  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup flax meal (or chia meal)
  • 2 tsp. each: cumin, garlic, onion powder and oregano
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Almond Flax Crackers Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, flax meal, and spices.
  3. Whisk eggs and pour over the flour mixture. Add in olive oil. Stir all ingredients together until it forms a dough.
  4. Form dough into a ball and place it on a large sheet of parchment paper (the parchment paper should be app. the size of your cookie sheet). Cover with another sheet of parchment paper. Using a rolling pin, roll out to a ¼-inch thick layer.
  5. Score dough with a knife to the desired cracker size and place parchment paper with the scored dough on the cookie sheet.
  6. Bake crackers for 15 minutes.
  7. Let cool and break crackers into squares. Serve or keep in an airtight container. Hide from husbands and other predators.
