Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) coconut milk or milk alternative
- 1 cup(s) filtered water
- 1 teaspoon(s) freshly grated ginger root
- 0.25 teaspoon(s) cardamom (powdered)
- 0.5 teaspoon(s) ghee
Hot Ginger Milk Directions
- Gently heat all ingredients, except for the ghee. Do not boil.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the ghee.
