Almond Flax Crackers Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup flax meal (or chia meal)
- 2 tsp. each: cumin, garlic, onion powder and oregano
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Almond Flax Crackers Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, flax meal, and spices.
- Whisk eggs and pour over the flour mixture. Add in olive oil. Stir all ingredients together until it forms a dough.
- Form dough into a ball and place it on a large sheet of parchment paper (the parchment paper should be app. the size of your cookie sheet). Cover with another sheet of parchment paper. Using a rolling pin, roll out to a ¼-inch thick layer.
- Score dough with a knife to the desired cracker size and place parchment paper with the scored dough on the cookie sheet.
- Bake crackers for 15 minutes.
- Let cool and break crackers into squares. Serve or keep in an airtight container. Hide from husbands and other predators.
